All of our photo packages — both à la carte and bundled — include a floor plan, so every listing automatically gets a clear layout of the home.
Our Premium and Standout bundles include the Premium Floor Plan, which adds additional visual detail and presentation upgrades.
3D Tours
Our Standout Bundle includes a 3D tour, so if you select that package, you will choose either a Zillow 3D Tour or a Matterport 3D Tour.
Both tours are scanned using the same professional 360° camera, so the image quality is very similar. The main difference is how the tour is hosted and where it provides the most benefit.

How do I upload a floor plan to the MLS?
Floor plans can be uploaded to your listing on HAR.com in two ways.
First, upload the floor plan as a JPG image in the photo section so buyers can view it alongside the listing photos.
Second, you can also upload it as an attachment labeled “Floor Plan” so buyers and agents can download it directly.
Including the floor plan in both places makes it easier for buyers to understand the layout of the home.
