What can you expect from the photographer on the day of the shoot?

When he arrives, he’ll take a few minutes to prep for the shoot.

Move any distracting objects if they were left over like garbage cans, water hoses, etc.

Turn all the lights on throughout the home and make sure the window blinds look even.

Open doors, close toilet seats and remove anything that might distract!

Once the home is entirely prepped, it’s photo time!

Normally we’ll do front of the home to the back of the home

Once photos are done, the photographer will turn off the lights and lock the home back up and do drone photos if that is in the order.

Once done with the shoot, the photographer will put everything he moved back into place and be on his way to the next shoot!

When will photos be delivered?

They’ll be delivered the next day… normally in the morning! So if you need to make the listing go live ASAP, remember we have 24 hour delivery time from the time of the shoot!

What’s your availability?

We usually have availability for the next day. But hey, if you want to double-check and find the perfect time and date that works for you, head on over to our order form. There, you'll find all of our available times and dates.

I have a listing ready for photos! How can I order?

Go to our order form, which you can find on our website or link in bio. Select the services you want to show off your listing with, enter the address, then choose you and your sellers best date and time! Enter your account information and any extra details it might ask and then you’re ready to book!

Can I reschedule a photoshoot?

Yes, absolutely! We completely understand that most of the time something might come up with your clients and they might not be ready. We do ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can open up that slot again! What’s the craziest reason your sellers have given you for needing to reschedule?

How will the media be delivered?

The next morning, you’ll receive an email with a download link and a link you can share with your clients! If you have an account with us, you can go into your portal and see all the media for your current and past listings in one place!

What are the prices for our services?

This is perhaps the most frequent question we get asked! You can easily check these prices by going to our website or order form which you can find in the link in bio! We prefer simple pricing! We have packages that include the most frequently purchased services bundled up with a discount, or you can choose from the individual services!

Do I need to be present at the photo shoot?

No! We have supra access (we’ll need the cbs code) or you can just give us the lockbox code in the order notes!

What areas do you serve?

We serve Houston and all the surrounding areas! So yes, that means from Magnolia to Katy to Galveston!

Who owns the photos and videos?

We do! While youre listing the home, you purchase the listing photos and videos with a temporary license unless it’s for commercial or other marketing purposes, then we sell you the photos with a different license!
